This song is an offering. This will not be part of any album.
Meanwhile, I have been recording other songs for different projects in Kannada.
The last few months have been a transformation phase in my life. Symbolically, you can relate it to the new look that you can see in the pictures captured by my pal, Ravi.
Quoting a few lines from Tagore's Nobel prize winning 'Gitanjali', that I have been reading for the last couple of days.
"...Yes, there is a rumour that a young pale beam of a crescent moon touched the edge of a vanishing autumn cloud, and there the smile was first born in the dream of a dew-washed morning...", Tagore speaks of the baby's beautiful smile in Gitanjali.
"...It is this sorrow of separation that gazes in silence all nights from star to star and becomes lyric among rustling leaves in rainy darkness of July.
It is this overspreading pain that deepens into loves and desires, into sufferings and joy in human homes; and this it is that ever melts and flows in songs through my poet's heart...."
I have tried to capture the innocence & freshness of the most beautiful smile in my song.
This song will be the closest to my heart for ever.

Love in Bangalore
Bangalore has always been a city known for its fast lifestyle. One gets to experience and see so many things during one's stay in Bangalore.
When I say that this city has a fast lifestyle, I guess, you agree with the problems we come across in our day-to-day activities. Traffic Jams some how cast their spell in some corner of the city everyday; the malls, though, provide a rendezvous to all young lovers and coming out of these malls ,still as a couple, could be challenging at times.
Bangalore, being the giant of IT, has been affected by the Layoff Virus.
But there is something that is still making its way, silently, through all these hurdles…
"Love, like a river, will cut a new path whenever it meets an obstacle"
And with our song, Love in Bangalore, through its lyrics and music, we try to bring your way the freshness of the romance that you would have, for sure, experienced in the Traffic Jams, our very own Forum and the present crisis of IT.
All these hurdles only make the bonds between two individuals stronger. So, the next time if you are stuck in a traffic jam, please play our song, it would pep you up!
The song will soon be on air too, on your favourite radio channels! So...Stay tuned!
Dedicating this song to the girl with the most beautiful smile, she is my inspiration to sing :)

Onasheelu
Of late, Vijay has been expressing his interest to do a Malayalam song. And with Onam round the corner, we thought of making something soon. I immediately rang Aparna, and asked her if she could write for us.
Aparna is a writer by herself. Currently working on movie projects, she's been a lyricist from her college days. She has penned lines for more than 20 songs, including albums and ones broadcasted on AIR.
Presenting a four liner( not again! :D ) - an Onasheel, the result of a jam at my place.
We are continuing to work on this song and this time, i promise we will post the complete song here.
Hope this brings in the festive mood, atleast for a minute.
Onaashamsakal!!!
Composed by: Vijay Krishna Mysore
Lyrics by: Paliyath Aparna Menon
Sung by : Sunil Koshy
